IHOKO Games (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the mobile game Blue Metal Sky (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Game.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect or process the following information:

• Account information: Firebase user ID and login provider identifiers

• Information you provide: In-game nickname

• Game data: Account level, experience points, stage progress, units, items, missions, attendance records, ranking scores, and other gameplay records

• Device and technical information: Operating system, app version, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, connection logs, and time zone

• Analytics information: Game sessions, playtime, stage activity, level progression, and virtual currency acquisition or spending

• Purchase information: Product identifiers, transaction status, purchase identifiers, and entitlement information

• Advertising information: Ad impressions, interactions, reward completion, and identifiers required for advertising and fraud prevention

We do not directly collect or store payment card or bank account information. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create, authenticate, and connect game accounts

• Store and restore game progress

• Provide game features and manage progression

• Verify purchases and restore purchased content

• Provide rewarded advertisements

• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents

• Analyze game performance and improve the Game

• Respond to support requests

• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, we process personal information based on:

• Performance of our agreement with you to provide the Game

• Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Game

• Your consent, particularly for personalized advertising where required

• Compliance with applicable legal obligations

You may withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy options provided in the Game where available. Withdrawal does not affect processing performed before consent was withdrawn.

4. Third-Party Services

The Game uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud data storage, server functions, remote configuration, and analytics

• Google AdMob: Advertising, ad measurement, and fraud prevention

• RevenueCat: In-app purchase status and entitlement management

• Google Play and Apple App Store: Payment processing and purchase management

We do not sell personal information. However, the processing of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered “sharing” under certain privacy laws. Where required, users may manage or opt out of such processing through the privacy choices presented in the Game.

5. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed on servers located in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

When information is transferred internationally, we and our service providers use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. Information is transferred electronically through secured network connections.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

• Account and game data are generally retained until the account is deleted.

• Purchase and transaction records may be retained for periods required by applicable law.

• Security and fraud-prevention records may be retained for a reasonable period.

• Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer identify an individual may be retained for statistical purposes.

When information is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized using reasonable measures.

7. Your Rights and Account Deletion

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can delete your account through the Delete Account option in the account screen within the Game.

Deleting an account permanently removes the associated Firebase authentication account and game data from our servers. Deleted game data cannot be restored. Certain transaction or dispute records may be retained when required by law.

8. Advertising and Privacy Choices

In regions where consent is required, the Game may display a privacy consent message before requesting advertisements.

Users may choose whether to allow personalized advertising. If personalized advertising is declined, non-personalized or limited advertisements may still be displayed.

Where required, previous choices may be reviewed or changed through the privacy options provided in the Game.

9. Children’s Privacy

If we learn that personal information has been provided by a child who requires parental or guardian consent under applicable law without valid consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. These measures include access restrictions, authentication, and encrypted network communications.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, our services, or applicable laws.

Material changes will be announced through the Game or our website. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated accordingly.
